OUR LIVING ACCOMMODATION AND AMENITIES

Our residents have a choice of a private room, 2, 3 or 4 bedded rooms. All rooms are furnished with electric control beds (if applicable), bed side locker, 24 hour nurse call button, ventilation system and air-conditioned.

24 hour Care services by Trained Registered Staff Nurses.

Well qualified Director of Nursing.

All Staff Nurses, Enrolled Nurses and Community Nurses are registered and licensed by Nursing Board of Malaysia.

Trained Carers.

Registered Doctors with the Ministry Of Health, contracted, are on-call as well as making routine visits to our residents.

In house physiotherapists are available. Other allied health services like; podiatry, diversional therapy, etc will be arranged on needs basis.

Pharmaceutical and personal needs are catered for by our professional staff.

Additionally, each resident and their families will have access to information, education and advice regarding the aging process to assist in their planning and decisions.

Nursing care staff focus on Resident's daily living needs which includes:

  • Personal Hygiene and Grooming.
  • Meals with varying choices and texture.
  • Ryle’s Tube / PEG Feeding.
  • Documentation Body Temperature monitoring.
  • Documentation of Fluid intake & output and Bowel movement.
  • Urinary Catheter and bag management.
  • Medication needs.
  • Comfort with regular repositioning to minimise risk of pressure sores.
  • Physiotherapy needs with active and passive participation by residents.
  • Organised Activities / Diversional therapy to boost mental health / well-being of residents and not forgetting their Emotional and Religious needs too.

Security system

Jeta Care takes the security of our residents as of utmost importance. Apart from the many CCTV installed in various locations within the facility, the entire building is secured with appropriate means. The main entry and exit is secured & can only be accessed by security card system. This ensures a safe environment for our residents and staff. Visitors will need to register with Jeta Care Management before the security card is issued which is programmed to the official visiting hours.

SARAH system

Jeta Care is equipped with Australia’s SARAH system software, the first of its kind to be used in Malaysia to support our Care management of our residents. To ensure continuity of care, SARAH system provides a system of reporting, residents’ specific Care plans, follow up doctors’ appointments, task reminders, etc. to assist our nurses in the efficient care of our residents.

Restaurant Style Meals

Our on-site kitchen is specially designed to cater for Asian, and Vegetarian cuisines. Our cook creates a wide variety of nutritious and freshly prepared meals.

Texture modification (softened diet: puree, porridge etc.)

Meals catering to diabetics, food allergies and other special requests like Ryle’s tube feeding.

For the convenience of visitors and residents, our café/restaurant will serve coffee, drinks, lunch buffet and other light meals.
